Job summary

H P Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced on-site Architect/Project Supervisor to oversee architectural works, coordinate with engineers and coordinators, and ensure construction quality and schedule adherence. You will manage planning, resources, and daily manpower, while aligning with clients, consultants, and authorities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Architecture, English language proficiency, and at least 3 years in building construction.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Executive specialized in building construction or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and check all architectural works and coordinate with engineers, archi-coordinators, sub-cons and inspection with RTOs.
• Supervise and inspect all Architectural works to ensure quality of work.
• Monitor and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved drawing/specification and complete within schedule time.
• Be responsible for the planning and scheduling of time and resources for building construction projects.
• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.
• To ensure works carried out meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements.
• To monitor project progress and schedule and track the progress and time required when there is a delay/disruption to project.
• To develop detailed workplans and cost estimations of approved items to forecast cost and workforce requirements to allow efficient scheduling of works.
• Execute overall scheduling and specific planning work.
• Design, implement progress and schedule control systems for the project according to set requirements.
• Experienced in performing construction planning, and to co-ordinate with the client, sub-contractors, consultants and Authorities on all project aspects.
• To Assist Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.
• To ensure that all requirements by Clients, Consultants and relevant Authorities are adhered and established.
• Able to interpret drawings and details.
• Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub-contractors to perform on-site works.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
• Keep record of the daily manpower and productivity.
• Monitor job progress and ensure quality work at targeted schedule.
