Job summary

CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) is seeking an experienced Architectural professional to coordinate design drawings with consultants and supervise construction works on-site. The role involves BIM data management, template creation, and ensuring all submissions comply with authorities and project specs.

You will liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, manage revisions, and compile as-built drawings at project completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience after tertiary education in architectural field in construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and nature.
• Degree / Diploma in Architectural or equivalent.
• Experience in LTA Project or Residential Projects would be bonus and advantageous.
• Willing to work in site office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design drawings with consultants to comply with authorities requirements.
• Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings.
• Supervise architectural works and coordinate with client's representatives, consultants, subcontractors on technical matters.
• Ensure submission of detail drawings, materials and mockups for early approval.
• Ensure architectural works align with approved drawings and specs and interface with SWCs works per CCSM and Reflected Ceiling Plans.
• Plan, manage and maintain BIM data per project requirements.
• Create and maintain project template files to assure standards.
• Coordinate with other departments and engineers to resolve clashes.
• Liaise with sub-contractors.
• Prepare Transmittals on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors.
• Review and revise current revision status.
• Compile As-built drawings upon project completion.
• Minor coordination of Architectural/Structural/M&E drawings.
• Detailing and documentation of working drawings.
• Check on site that architectural works follow construction drawings.
• Attend to architectural materials, sample boards, trade demos and shop drawing submissions and consultant comments.
• Any other duties assigned.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of experience after tertiary education in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for project of similar scale complexity, and nature of work.


• Degree / Diploma in Architectural or equivalent


• Having experiences in LTA Project or Residential Projects would be bonus and advantageous.


• Willing to work in site office.
