Job summary

Citi is seeking an App Support Senior Analyst in Singapore to provide hands-on front-office application support and lead incident resolution across trading operations. You will troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analysis, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with traders, operations, middle office, and developers.

Responsibilities include monitoring systems, driving permanent fixes, updating runbooks, and ensuring SLA improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of experience in application support.
Strong communication and collaboration across tech, operations and business partners.
Exposure to financial products, markets and related workflows.

Responsibilities

Monitor systems, batches and interfaces; troubleshoot and resolve incidents to keep operations running.
Coordinate fixes, root-cause analysis and stakeholder communications; handover across shifts.
Drive permanent fixes, SLA improvements, and update runbooks and docs.
Use monitoring, ticketing and collaboration tools; support automation; incident/change management.
Work closely with traders, operations, middle office, developers and business partners.
Shift coverage across 07:00–19:00 SGT to cover critical APAC windows.
