Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in an Application Support role.
• Experience in a Production Support environment is essential.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technologies - SQL and Linux.
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting business applications.
• Knowledge of Problem Management Tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and support Citi applications and their operating environments.
• Perform start-of-day checks, monitoring, regional handovers, and risk reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation for the team.
• Collaborate with development and production support teams to prioritise bug fixes.
