Job summary

Citi in Singapore seeks a Senior Application Support Analyst to run and maintain the production environment for reconciliation applications, enabling Operations and Risk users to serve clients confidently. You will join a highly efficient team focused on building a robust Production Support platform with modern tech and SRE practices.

Working with APAC, EMEA, NAM teams, you will ensure 24/7 support for franchise-critical apps and collaborate with Level 1 Support, Application Technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University Degree or equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and business support for Citi users, delivering quick resolutions to issues.
• Maintain Production environments with high observability, resiliency, and recoverability.
• Partner with regional teams to provide stable Production coverage for Business.
• Manage and support applications and operating environments to meet SLAs.
• Perform incident and problem resolution with root cause analysis.
• Champion stability initiatives to improve monitoring, failover, and resiliency.
• Ensure Incident & Problem management procedures are followed for Production Management.
• Handle incidents globally with calm, analytical approach to major incidents.
• Drive automation to improve productivity and reduce toil.
• Communicate complex information effectively with operations and technology partners.
