Job summary

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore is seeking a Principal/Senior/Executive, Appeals to review and respond to appeals under the Road Traffic Act, Active Mobility Act and related legislation. You will assess cases and determine appropriate outcomes.

You may be required to prepare comprehensive reports with analyses and recommendations, and to handle general enquiries from the public, motorists and other agencies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in any discipline.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in enforcement or customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to interact with the public and handle difficult customers.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review and respond to appeals arising from offences under the Road Traffic Act, Active Mobility Act and other Acts.
• Prepare a comprehensive report of analysis and recommendation when required.
• Handle general enquiries by the public, motorists and other agencies.
• Assist in developmental projects to streamline work processes and enhance team efficiency.
