Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.
8+ years HR experience and 5+ years compensation experience in a large MNC with global offices.
Advanced Excel and strong data analysis, problem solving, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Serve as APAC Comp Partner.
Design and benchmark APAC compensation plans (pay bands, incentives, equity compensation).
Analyse and report compensation data.
Participate in and manage compensation projects.
