Job summary

You will lead compensation and benefits administration, review claims, maintain HRIS accuracy, and provide market benchmarking insights to shape competitive pay structures. This role offers exposure to multiple jurisdictions and chance to influence strategic rewards decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in relevant studies.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with regional exposure.
• Hands-on experience in regional payroll processing, salary benchmarking, and C&B administration.
• Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, HRIS systems, and compensation structure development.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely statutory submissions.
• Administer compensation and benefits, including salary reviews, bonuses, insurance, and employee benefit programs.
• Review and approve employee claims, ensuring compliance with policies and controls.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, payroll records, reporting, and system updates.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and support compensation structures development.
• Analyze workforce costs and provide rewards-related insights and recommendations to management.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and HR transformation initiatives for payroll, claims, and rewards functions.
• Lead or support HR projects and other assignments to achieve organizational objectives.
