Job summary

Dyson Operations Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Reward Partner, APAC to translate global reward strategy into locally relevant programmes and advise on compensation and benefits. You will lead annual reward cycles, benchmark market data and collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to support sound people decisions.

The role balances regional consistency with local market requirements while strengthening governance and employee experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards or a related HR discipline.
Experience supporting reward programmes across multiple APAC markets.
Experience working with enterprise HR systems and reward or workforce data.

Responsibilities

Partner with regional and country People teams to understand priorities and provide practical, commercially grounded reward advice across APAC.
Lead and coordinate annual reward cycles, including salary review, incentive processes, pay planning, budgeting, communications and governance.
Provide expert guidance on salary positioning, job offers, promotions, retention actions and other pay decisions, partnering with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners on complex or out-of-policy cases.
Conduct market benchmarking and analyze reward and workforce data to assess competitiveness, identify pay equity risks and anomalies, and recommend updates to salary ranges, allowances and reward practices.
Support the review, design and implementation of regional compensation, benefits, sales incentive and commission programmes, ensuring affordability, effectiveness, fairness and alignment with global standards and local market needs.
