Job summary

Red Hat Asia Pacific in Singapore is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design production-ready reference architectures and open-source AI Quickstarts for enterprise deployments. You will collaborate with customers and partners to validate blueprints and ensure secure, scalable solutions in regulated environments.

You will also contribute to end-to-end solutions, optimize performance metrics, and advance knowledge in Generative AI, ML tooling, and deployment at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related quantitative field.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, TDD, CI/CD, and Git workflows.
• Clear verbal and written English communication to articulate complex architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and build production-ready architecture blueprints and reference codebases for enterprise AI.
• Package open-sourced AI Quickstarts to solve complex industry problems.
• Collaborate with external teams to validate joint architectures and ensure stable integrations.
• Design automated testing, evaluation harnesses, and telemetry to monitor latency, throughput, cost, and model quality.
• Incorporate data privacy, secure perimeters, and local hosting for compliance in regulated environments.
