Job summary

GitLab, an intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps, seeks a Senior Solutions Architect based in Singapore to advise prospects and customers across Asia. You will guide digital transformations, design architectures, and drive platform adoption while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales or advisory roles guiding customers through solution design and evaluation.
• Proficient understanding of the software development lifecycle, DevSecOps practices, and AI in software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation for GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform across Singapore and Taiwan markets.
• Own the technical evaluation process including proofs of value, workshop design, and tender components.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape account strategies and drive new customer acquisition and expansion.
• Build relationships with practitioners and business leaders, turning them into GitLab advocates.
• Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud deployment practices.
• Provide customer feedback to Product Management to inform roadmap and differentiation.
• Develop reusable technical collateral and best-practice guidance for customers and partners.
• Invest in personal growth and knowledge sharing to elevate team impact.
