Job summary

GitLab in Singapore seeks aSolutions Architect to guide customers on Agentic DevSecOps and GitLab adoption. You will partner with sales to map needs to technical outcomes, run PoCs, and craft scalable architectures that accelerate value delivery in AI-driven software development lifecycles.

You will work with regional stakeholders, influence product direction, and help customers achieve faster, more secure software delivery in a remote-first, Singapore-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in presales or client-facing roles, with total 5+ years in the industry.
• Ability to run PoCs, PoVs, workshops, tenders, audits, or value stream assessments.
• Experience with end-to-end SDLC, DevSecOps, CI/CD; familiarity with AI/agentic tech is a plus.
• Hands-on familiarity with GitLab or similar platforms.
• Clear communication tailored to practitioners, technical stakeholders, and executives.
• Strong credibility, listening, and capability to advocate for customer needs.
• Interest in continuous learning and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and self-managed environments is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Shape technical account strategies with Account Executives to grow pipeline.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, demos, and validation activities.
• Own evaluations including PoC and PoV activities and design workshops.
• Develop solution architectures aligning GitLab with customer environments and priorities.
• Advise customers on modern software delivery, CI/CD, security, and cloud adoption.
• Build relationships with practitioners and stakeholders to shorten decisions.
• Create reusable technical assets to accelerate customer conversations.
• Provide field insights to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to influence roadmaps.
