Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager based in Singapore to partner with ASEAN customers, helping them adopt Claude capabilities including Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and the API. You will guide strategic adoption, drive usage growth, and collaborate with global teams to shape regional processes.

This is an autonomous, high-visibility role in a fast-growing enterprise AI company. You will build trusted relationships with decision makers, translate business objectives

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions/Functional Consultant, Success Engineer or similar).
• Mandarin language fluency.
• Experience driving success across consumption-based and seat-based models with understanding of expansion levers and success metrics.
• Technical fluency with ability to understand AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
• Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans.
• Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer interests.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Enterprise, and Claude Code, guiding customers to the right solutions.
• Leverage deep knowledge of the customer and regional nuances to drive usage planning and adoption across consumption-based and seat-based products.
• Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities to maximize value from contracted commitments.
• Serve as the customer's thought partner, sharing Anthropic's product roadmap and engaging Product PMs for ASEAN and APAC customers.
• Document and quantify customer value realized through ROI and impact metrics for continued investment.
• Identify potential use cases and lines of business not onboarded, partnering with customers to discover new applications for Claude.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and organizational enablement.
• Own the customer experience across lifecycle with comprehensive account and success plans and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Build Anthropic's brand in Singapore and establish regional processes, playbooks, and best practices for the market.
