Job summary

Anthropic Limited is seeking a founding leader for Applied AI Solutions Architecture in Singapore. You will build and lead the ASEAN team, driving adoption of Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code, and API across enterprises and digital-first organizations.

You will align with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-safety AI deployments and thoughtful customer outcomes. You will establish processes for pre-sales engagements, mentor team members, and represent Anthropic as a technical lead

Qualifications

• 15+ years as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre-sales role.
• 5+ years of technical go-to-market leadership.
• Experience with ASEAN enterprise customers and regional procurement dynamics.
• Familiarity with ASEAN regulatory landscape and data sovereignty implications.
• Deep proficiency with enterprise AI deployments, API integrations, and LLM use cases.
• Ability to build foundational teams in unstructured environments.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Comfort with uncertain, fast-moving tech environments.
• Executive presence and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Familiarity with architecture/operation of large language models and ML basics.
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI-powered systems.
• Creative problem-solving and risk-benefit thinking for new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the ASEAN Applied AI team from the ground up.
• Set goals and reviews for the team, promoting growth and output.
• Lead pre-sales engagements with enterprise customers across ASEAN.
• Co-build GTM strategies with aligned leadership to drive adoption.
• Contribute to thought leadership via conferences, webinars, and content.
• Represent Anthropic as a technical lead on partnerships in ASEAN.
• Collaborate with global Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deploy AI solutions.
• Travel regularly to customer sites across ASEAN for executive sessions and workshops.
• Establish a shared vision for safe, beneficial AI in technology products.
• Lead the strategy and execution of innovative AI solutions leveraging latest models.
