Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Senior Applied AI Pre-Sales Architect to guide Singapore-based enterprise customers in adopting Claude. You will bridge technical and business teams, architect scalable integrations, and craft evaluation frameworks to quantify Claude’s value.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver tailored demonstrations, drive deployments, and ensure safety and reliability in customer solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Experience with enterprise customers and complex buying cycles.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives across Singapore to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as primary technical advisor to enterprise customers through adoption and deployment.
• Support customers building with Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver technical content for engineering teams and executives.
• Guide architecture decisions and integration patterns within customer tech stacks.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure Claude performance.
• Identify common integration patterns and share insights with Product/Engineering.
• Travel occasionally for workshops and relationship building.
• Maintain knowledge of latest LLM capabilities and implementation patterns.
