China Life Insurance Singapore is seeking an Agency Sales Specialist to drive growth in the agency channel. You will build and strengthen relationships with agents, recruit new partners, and educate them on new products and underwriting guidelines.

You will coordinate with underwriting, claims, and product teams, design sales strategies, monitor pipelines, and ensure compliance while aiming to meet ambitious sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years in related industry.
• Certifications/licenses HI, M5 and M9 preferred.
• Experience in business development or sales in insurance.
• Knowledge of insurance channels and products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales plans.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with underwriting, claims, and policy administration related to employee benefits.

Responsabilités

• Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with agents to enhance the sales.
• Participate in the recruitment of agents in line with HR development in the channel.
• Conduct regular visits, presentations, and workshops on products, underwriting, and market trends.
• Facilitate open communication between agents and internal teams to address needs and feedback.
• Work with agents to identify client needs and develop solutions.
• Develop competitive strategies with other teams to keep products attractive and profitable.
• Ensure all sales activities adhere to compliance policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with team to meet overall sales targets.
• Track sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up of opportunities.
• Design and lead the development and updates of agency sales systems.
• Ensure accuracy of sales incentive program figures.
