Job summary

China Life Insurance Singapore is seeking a results-driven sales development professional to drive Bancassurance, FA, and International Broker growth in Singapore. You will build relations with Bank RMs, Financial Advisers and other distribution partners to achieve annual KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Insurance, Marketing or related discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Bancassurance, FA and/or International Broker business development.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin with strong written and verbal communication; Mandarin proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales growth across Bancassurance, FA and International Broker channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Bank Relationship Managers, Financial Advisers and key distribution partners.
• Develop and execute channel-specific sales initiatives, campaigns, product launches and partner engagement activities.
• Deliver product briefings, sales presentations and workshops to Bank and FA distribution teams.
• Monitor sales performance, pipelines and KPIs; provide timely follow-ups and manage outstanding cases.
