Job summary

Manulife Financial in Singapore is seeking an early-career professional to support agency recruitment initiatives and partner with agency leaders to drive talent acquisition outcomes.

You will coordinate campaigns, onboarding, and reporting, gain exposure to branch activities, and build experience in recruitment analytics and stakeholder management within the insurance and financial services sector.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, business development, agency recruitment, talent acquisition, sales support, or insurance distribution.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with agency leaders to support recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and recruitment campaigns.
• Provide guidance on recruitment incentives, allowances, reimbursement processes, and recruitment programs.
• Support recruitment administration, candidate onboarding, and issue resolution.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor recruitment KPIs.
• Coordinate recruitment events, branch activities, leader briefings, and agency engagement initiatives.
• Support implementation of recruitment process improvements and system enhancements.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of recruitment initiatives.
• Provide on-site support during key recruitment campaigns and agency events.
