seeks a Chief Agency Officer in Singapore to lead and motivate a high-performing team, shaping the growth of the agency channel across Personal and Commercial lines. You will develop and implement a strategic agency sales plan, recruit and develop producers, and ensure compliance, sustainability, and profitability while aligning with local market needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Extensive understanding of agency distribution and financial management.
• Strong strategy development and execution across channels.
• Excellent analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical groups across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand profitable agency distribution for Personal & Commercial lines.
• Collaborate with Personal and Commercial lines to achieve growth and profitability goals.
• Recruit, develop and retain agency producers; optimize GPW production and profitability.
• Leverage data-driven insights to improve recruiting, activation and productivity.
