Job summary

You will ensure timely PhD admissions processing, scholarship administration, exchange coordination and accurate student records, collaborating with students, faculty and university offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in admissions, scholarships or related academic administration functions.
• Exposure to admissions and scholarship administration with knowledge of academic policies and examination processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PhD admissions processes: review applications, prepare materials for evaluation and selection, and manage timelines.
• Administer scholarship processes: coordination of selections, award administration and reporting on utilization.
• Support research attachment and student exchange matters by coordinating requests between visiting students, MAE faculty and offices, ensuring timely documentation.
• Prepare student status certification letters and maintain accurate academic records for reporting, audits and follow-up.
• Communicate professionally with students, faculty and colleagues, handling enquiries in accordance with university policies.
