Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a higher-education institution.
• Ability to build a process or programme from scratch with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder-centric mindset.
• Independent, analytical, proactive and a collaborative team player.
• Experience with outreach, admissions, mentorship or industry-partnership coordination is advantageous.
• Proficient use of software tools to optimize business processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee course administration, timetabling and registration per policies and deadlines.
• Coordinate examinations, schedules and result processing with faculty and central administration.
• Manage academic program operations including master's and study abroad activities and new proposals.
• Lead outreach, admissions, and scholarship coordination to build applicant pipelines.
• Administer and monitor scholarship disbursement, stipends, travel grants and related financial tasks.
• Prepare progress reports, audit statements, and budgeting information; ensure governance of scholarship processes.
