Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Administer end-to-end operations of Professional Exposure Programmes (PA, ESP, WSDeg, OEP).
• Coordinate inbound/outbound student mobility (exchange applications, nominations, course registration, credit transfer).
• Liaise with faculty, university offices, partner institutions and industry stakeholders to deliver programmes.
• Advise students on eligibility, requirements, policies, and procedures for internships and exchanges.
• Manage student records, course registrations, and related communications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare reports, analyse programme data, and support process improvements for efficiency and student experience.
• Handle student enquiries and appeals with timely, accurate guidance in line with policies.
• Support additional projects as assigned by management.
