lewe engineering pte ltd seeks an experienced accounts professional to manage the full accounts payable cycle and support day-to-day bookkeeping. You will ensure accuracy in invoices, POs, and ledger coding within a lean finance team.

This role covers GST compliance, vendor communications, and coordination with external accountants and auditors. A diploma or degree in accounting and 4–6 years of relevant experience are expected, with strong Excel and ERP system skills.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of relevant accounting experience, including accounts payable and hands-on full-set accounting in a small or lean finance team.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with GST requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt to payment.
• Review invoices, purchase orders, goods received records and approvals for accuracy.
• Code transactions to the general ledger accounts, cost centres and projects.
• Prepare and process supplier payments per schedules and approval limits.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain supplier records and respond to vendor queries.
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain the general ledger.
• Support full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and fixed assets.
• Maintain proper supporting documentation and records per procedures and Singapore requirements.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities on accounting and compliance matters.
• Support GST reporting and ensure transactions are recorded with appropriate GST treatment.
