The role covers updating vendor master data, preparing GST filings, performing month-end close, and supporting audits. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office is required, with 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with ERP accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable processes, including verifying supplier invoices.
• Process payments and maintain AP schedules.
• Maintain and update vendor master data to ensure accurate records.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain and update fixed asset records.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation of transactions.
