Job summary

L&K Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Singapore Branch is seeking a responsible Accounts Payable specialist in Singapore to manage day-to-day AP tasks, process invoices in SAP, and handle payments to vendors.

Based at Woodlands / Geylang, the 5-day work week runs from 8:00am to 5:30pm. The role requires GST compliance, strong attention to internal controls, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience.
• Basic understanding of GST requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with SAP and familiarity with online banking platforms.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) functions, processing invoices and payments.
• Process non-PO invoices into SAP with accurate coding and posting.
• Prepare payment proposals based on due dates and cycles.
• Compile supporting documents for payment processing and respond to vendor inquiries.
