Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage AP vendor and expense transactions, process and pay invoices, and resolve payment issues.

The role collaborates with multiple departments including US Corporate office, supports management reporting and controls, and helps establish T&E policies. Candidates should have degree in accounting and at least 6 years of AP/expense processing experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 6 years of relevant accounting experience especially in Accounts Payable & Expense Claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounting entries for AP vendor and expense transactions.
• Process and payment of vendor invoices.
• Manage payment issues as they arise.
• Process and review expense reports.
• Manage corporate expense system and corporate card program.
• Collaborate with the business across departments.
• Liaise with all levels/departments, including US Corporate office.
• Support management reporting and analysis processes.
• Participate in establishing and implementing accounting and T&E policies, procedures and controls.
