Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or LCCI is required.
• 1 year of working experience in accounts or entry-level polytechnic diploma candidates are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP functions and file AP documents timely and properly.
• Post supplier invoices timely and accurately and handle payments queries.
• Prepare supplier payments per cash flow forecast and reconcile monthly supplier/intercompany accounts.
• Assist in monthly cash flow forecast and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing quarterly GST submissions and in audits.
