Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced accounts payable professional in Singapore to manage the full AP function, fixed assets accounting, and timely payment of all invoices.

You will supervise the AP team, ensure compliance with accounting policies and SOPs, and collaborate with the GL team for month-end close. A degree in accounting with 5–7 years’ experience is required, with Navision familiarity and strong Excel skills essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with 5-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with Navision or similar accounting system.
• Competency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of accounts payable.
• Supervise AP team to ensure compliance with policies and SOPs.
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of invoices and WHT submissions.
• Assist in month-end/year-end closing activities for AP subledger.
• Prepare AP reports for month-end and year-end close.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting and cash flow management.
• Oversee outsource vendor performance and ensure deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with Edutrust and audit requirements.
• Act as a business partner to various business units.
• Account for fixed assets and ensure proper tagging when required.
