Job summary

L&K Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Singapore Branch is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to manage day-to-day AP tasks in a Singapore office. You will process invoices, ensure accurate posting in SAP, handle payment proposals, and respond to vendor inquiries.

You will work in a structured environment with 5-day weeks, focusing on accuracy, GST compliance, and timely payments while maintaining confidentiality and strong internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance required.
• At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Basic understanding of GST and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with SAP and online banking platforms is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable functions and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Process and enter non-PO invoices into SAP with accurate coding and posting.
• Prepare payment proposals based on due dates and cycles.
• Coordinate and file supporting documents for payment processing.
