Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting functions for an SME in the construction sector. The role involves general accounting, project accounting, and financial reporting, alongside compliance support and teamwork with internal and external advisors. Required qualifications include a degree in Finance or Accounting, a minimum of 5 years’ finance experience, and familiarity with accounting software. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and organized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting/finance, preferably 1-3 years in construction or project-based roles.
• Experience in SME or fast-paced environments is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle accounting and project accounting tasks.
• Support preparation of management reports, reconciliations, and periodic submissions.
• Assist in maintaining internal processes, controls, and compliance.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other advisors as needed.
• Support ad-hoc finance and business projects.
