Job summary

A leading technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the full set of accounts and manage month-end closing activities. Qualifications

Job description

Job Description:

• Manage full set of accounts
• Manage SAP Financial Accounting & Controlling month-end closing activities and prepares financial reporting to headquarter by 5th working day.
• Review monthly Profit & Loss Statements and provide meaningful analysis to the management
• Budgeting (yearly) and forecasting (half-yearly) exercise
• Account Receivable Management
• Facilitating machine financing for customers
• Business Partnering with Singapore General Manager
• Responsible for statutory audit, taxation (corporate income tax, GST, withholding tax), corporate secretary and banking matters
• Maintain Trumpf Group Internal Control System
• Perform other duties and assist in project as assigned

Qualifications:

• ACCA/Undergraduate degree in Accountancy is required
• 3 years external audit experience with one of the Big-4 audit firms
• Prior supervisory experience in full set of accounts of MNC and financial reporting to foreign headquarter
• Advance Microsoft Excel skill/Meticulous data analytical skill is a must
• Experienced with SAP (Financial Accounting/Controlling) will be strong advantage
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
