Job summary

Globibo is expanding its Singapore presence and invites a Sales - Account Project Manager to drive new business and build a client base for translation, interpretation and training services. You will respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, and pursue opportunities to grow revenue with existing accounts.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, this office-based role requires 5–7 years in corporate B2B sales or project management, knowledge of event technology, localization or training, and fluent

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or project management.
• Must have knowledge in Event Technology / Localization / Training.
• Great communication skills, fluent English (written and speaking) to communicate with global clients.

Responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries, provide quotations / proposals.
• Follow up on converting and extending quotations.
• Keep contact health for VIPs with +5 contacts monthly.
• Regularly reach out to all contacts in Account to keep mindshare.
• Effectively increase revenue from existing clients.
• Leverage existing contacts to identify new Leads in the account.
• Company introduction to new Leads.
• Manage Customer Interaction and Change Management.
• Follow up on Customer / Student Feedback.
• Identify and contract required partners for service delivery.
• Manage projects/events at location.
• Develop, customize and/or improve marketing material for platforms and services.
• Identify Partner for strategic / scalable growth.
• Follow up with product development team on product improvements.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field
