Globibo is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional in Singapore to expand our presence. You will drive new business and build a client pool for translation, interpretation and training services, focusing on extending our sales reach to new industries and organizations.

Key duties include opportunity management, meeting clients with proposals, preparing quotations, and effective contract negotiation, with strong emphasis on KPI delivery and customer success.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English to communicate with regional clients.
• Experience with B2B sales and end-to-end sales cycle.
• Ability to prepare complex quotations and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage opportunities and conversions (50%), meet potential clients with proposals.
• Inform clients of new developments in product offerings.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate effectively.
• Support customers with technical and/or commercial information.
• Manage projects with resource planning and onsite supervision.
