Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the event tech industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customer segments and achieve lead targets.
• Support lead management strategy on critical accounts.
• Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor lead segment and outreach quality.
• Supervise the conversion of opportunities into contracts.
• Assist with local pricing and sourcing of partners/equipment.
• Manage customer interactions, escalations and change management.
• Drive training and development of talent.
