Globibo is seeking a results-driven Business Development professional in Singapore to expand our presence. You will drive new business and build a client pool for translation, interpretation and training services, focusing on extending our sales reach to new industries and organizations.

Key duties include opportunity management, meeting clients with proposals, preparing quotations, and effective contract negotiation, with strong emphasis on KPI delivery and customer success.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English to communicate with regional clients.
• Experience with B2B sales and end-to-end sales cycle.
• Ability to prepare complex quotations and contracts.

Your Impact

You will play a huge role in assisting the development of Globibos presence in Hong Kong from the ground up by driving new businesses & building a pool of clientele. You shall focus your attention on extending our sales outreach regarding our services (translation, interpretation & training) to new organizations, industries & segments.

The role focuses on 2 areas:

• Opportunity Management & Conversion (50%)
• Meeting potential clients with exciting Proposals & industry updates
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys products
• Preparing quotations & negotiating effectively
• Supporting customers with technical and/or commercial information
• Project Management (50%)
• Resource planning & Communication for specific projects
• Onsite Visits & Review of technical requirements
• Onsite supervision of event execution

Your Potential Profile

• Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B), sales support, and knowledge of end-to-end sales cycle
• Great communication skills, Fluent English required (speaking) to communicate with regional clients
• Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer
• Highly motivated & Independent Individual with an eye for detail & analytical skills
• Prior experience with preparing complex quotations & contracts
• Result- orientation; high focus on driving (business) results and KPIs
• Passionate about language learning or event technology services
