Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Senior Account Executive for Stripe Tax in APAC based in Singapore. You will drive revenue for Stripe Tax, engaging with startups and large enterprises across Southeast Asia, Greater China, Australia, and New Zealand.

You will tailor solutions, lead strategic deals, and help shape our go-to-market approach with product, marketing, and engineering teams. You will be responsible for building relationships, navigating complex negotiations, and translating technical tax

Qualifications

5+ years of sales or prospecting experience at a technology company.
Fluent in Mandarin and English for engaging with China-based merchants.
Experience selling Tax solutions or financial software.
Proven ability to close new business and expand existing users.
Strong collaboration with business partners and cross-functional teams.
Self-starter capable of driving results with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue and new client acquisition for Stripe Tax in APAC.
Lead discussions with large existing and prospective customers across APAC, including SEA, Greater China, AU, NZ.
Contribute to go-to-market playbooks with product, marketing, and engineering stakeholders.
Articulate Stripe Tax value to technical, financial, partners and executive stakeholders.
Develop deep understanding of global indirect tax requirements for potential customers.
Build and maintain relationships through the sales process and successful implementations.
Collaborate with product, partnerships, and customer success teams to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
Stay current on data, analytics, and reporting trends to identify opportunities.
