Job summary

Stripe is seeking an experienced Product Sales professional based in Singapore to drive growth for Issuing and Treasury across APAC (excluding ANZ). You will partner with regional Account Executives in a co-selling model, tailoring your approach to customers and markets while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other GTM teams to deepen product adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of customer-facing sales experience at a leading technology or payments company.
• Professional proficiency in spoken Mandarin, sufficient to lead customer discovery, product discussions, and commercial negotiations with Mandarin-speaking customers across the region.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience building trusted adviser relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners.
• A self motivated go-getter, capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results.
• Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and develop solutions with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.

• Fastidious approach to CRM hygiene and experience utilizing thorough sales forecasting metrics on a weekly/quarterly basis and communicating them in a succinct manner

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, increase product adoption, and acquire new customers across APAC, excluding Australia and New Zealand, with a focus on small and medium-sized businesses, startups, and digital-native businesses.
• Build and execute a territory plan, leading outbound efforts to develop a strong, qualified pipeline for Issuing and Treasury.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and lead commercial and product discussions with existing and prospective customers, including in Mandarin.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, buying processes, and the competitive landscape across your territory.
• Serve as an internal and customer-facing expert on Stripe’s Issuing and Treasury products, providing product sales enablement to support APAC AEs.
• Share customer feedback and regional market insights with Product and Engineering to inform Stripe’s product roadmap.
• Develop go-to-market playbooks with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Services.
• Work across teams to shape solutions that address customer needs, aligning commercial opportunities with product capabilities and market availability.
