Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales professional based in Singapore to drive growth for Issuing and Treasury across APAC (excluding ANZ).

You will partner with regional Account Executives to develop target accounts, tailor strategies to local markets, and lead deals from discovery through negotiations and close. You will engage Mandarin-speaking customers, build deep product knowledge, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Marketing to shape regional GTM plans.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of customer-facing sales experience at a technology or payments company.
• Professional proficiency in spoken Mandarin for regional engagements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience building trusted adviser relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing and Engineering.
• A self-motivated go-getter who can operate independently to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, increase product adoption, and acquire new customers across APAC, excluding AU/NZ.
• Build and execute a territory plan to develop a strong pipeline for Issuing and Treasury.
• Lead commercial and product discussions with customers, including Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs, buying processes and competitive landscape.
• Serve as an internal/external expert on Issuing and Treasury products and enable sales teams.
• Share regional insights with Product/Engineering to inform roadmaps.
• Collaborate to develop go-to-market playbooks and align with market availability.
