Job summary

Stripe is expanding its Product Sales team for Crypto/Stablecoins in APAC. As an Account Executive, you will drive growth of Stripe’s stablecoin solutions, lead complex deals, and collaborate with product, engineering, marketing and GTM teams to deepen customer understanding and adoption.

You will engage with SMBs, startups and digital-first customers, own territory plans, and build strong executive relationships across APAC regions including Singapore, SEA, SK, Japan and Australia.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company.
• Experience in establishing trusted advisory relationships with senior business leaders.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Autonomous, proactive approach to driving business outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to comprehend complex technical requirements and develop solutions engaging multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, enhance product attachment rates, and acquire new clients among SMBs, startups, and digital-savvy businesses.
• Develop and execute a territory plan, leading proactive outreach to build a strong, qualified stablecoin pipeline.
• Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with current and potential stablecoin customers.
• Attain a deep understanding of the sales process and competitors in the Crypto/Stablecoins space, serving as an expert both internally and to customers.
• Establish relationships with key partners across all of APAC (GCN, SEA, SK, Japan, Singapore, Australia, and other relevant areas)
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to convey customer feedback and insights, informing Stripe’s product roadmap.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies alongside product, marketing, sales, and technical services teams.
• Collaborate across the organization to tailor Stripe’s products and solutions to meet customer needs.
