Stripe is seeking an Account Executive, Product to lead the company’s largest, most complex deals. You’ll be the go-to expert on the product, integration shapes, and competitive landscape, partnering with cross-functional teams to land and expand across customers.

You’ll drive strategic conversations with executives and technical leaders, shaping the GTM motion across APAC. You are a top performer who thrives on ambitious targets, values collaboration, and uses AI tooling to accelerate growth

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company.
• Proven track record with Enterprise accounts.
• Self-starter who operates independently to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent verbal and written English to work with multiple customers in APAC.
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical requirements and design solutions.
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations, including bespoke commercial agreements.
• Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with senior business leaders.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex new logo and expansion deals, driving revenue with enterprise customers in strategic segments.
• Develop and manage relationships with executive stakeholders, leading customer-facing product discussions and negotiations.
• Build and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve targets and win the market.
• Be the internal and customer-facing expert on your product and segment, including a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering across teams to win deals, synthesize customer feedback, and inform Stripe's product roadmap.
• Scale your impact - help develop go-to-market playbooks, AI tooling, and process improvements in partnership with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Services.
• Forecast accurately and leverage AI to accelerate your own performance.
