APAC Product Sales Executive, Issuing & Treasury

Job summary

Stripe, based in Singapore, is seeking a seasoned product sales professional for its Money Management team. You will drive Issuing and Treasury growth across APAC (excluding ANZ), building relationships with prospects and customers, and partnering with Regional Account Executives in a co-selling model.

You will lead complex deals, articulate product value to Mandarin-speaking and other stakeholders, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams to shape regional strategy.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of customer-facing sales experience at a leading technology or payments company.
• Professional proficiency in spoken Mandarin, sufficient to lead discussions and negotiations with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience building trusted adviser relationships with senior business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and product adoption across APAC (excluding AU/NZ) with a focus on SMBs, startups, and digital-native businesses.
• Build and execute a territory plan; lead outbound efforts to develop a strong pipeline for Issuing and Treasury.
• Lead commercial and product discussions with customers, including Mandarin-speaking clients, and negotiate bespoke agreements.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs, buying processes, and competitive landscape in your territory.
• Serve as an internal and external expert on Issuing and Treasury products, enabling sales colleagues.
• Share customer feedback and regional insights with Product and Engineering to inform roadmaps.
• Develop go-to-market playbooks with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Services.
