Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Account Executives with deep AI and data expertise to drive revenue and build enduring client relationships in the Enterprise B2B space. You will leverage Agentforce and Data 360 to craft tailored engagements, collaborate with the Sales team, and translate complex AI capabilities into business value.

You will lead discovery, present compelling viewpoints, and work as part of a cross-functional “One Salesforce” team to ensure a seamless customer experience across the sales

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within highly technical context.
• Deep understanding of AI and ML concepts and agent platform.
• Strong data landscape knowledge including CDPs and Datalakes.
• Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions on Salesforce.
• Ability to translate AI solutions to business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and position Agentforce and Data 360 opportunities with potential customers.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Sales team to grow Agentforce/Data 360 at current and new customers.
• Articulate Salesforce Product stack to deliver tailored solutions for customer engagement.
• Conduct technical discovery to analyze complex business problems and demonstrate impact at scale.
• Source and qualify opportunities that fit the ideal customer profile.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover critical business needs and map to Agentforce/Data 360 capabilities.
• Present POVs highlighting tangible value across technical and business partners.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
