Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Account Executives with a strong technical background to drive Agentforce and Data 360 solutions. You will engage enterprise clients, articulate how AI-driven data platforms translate into business value, and work with the Salesforce stack to deliver tailored cloud-based CRM engagement.

You will partner with the Sales team to discover needs, craft POVs, lead discovery conversations, and advance opportunities from qualification to close while upholding Salesforce's values.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within the context of highly technical sales.
• Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and how to configure agents and data flows.
• Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (Sales, Services, Marketing, Data Cloud).
• Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify and position Agentforce and Data 360 opportunities with potential customers.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Sales team to grow Agentforce and Data 360 across current and new clients.
• Articulate how the Salesforce Product stack delivers tailored solutions to modernize customer engagement.
• Lead comprehensive discovery to map client needs to Salesforce’s platform and Agentforce capabilities.
• Prepare compelling POVs showing tangible value across technical and business partners.
