Job summary

KIM HENG MARINE & OILFIELD PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to support the accounts team. The role covers the full set of accounts, GST reporting, cash flow monitoring, and ERP data extraction.

You will prepare Balance Sheet and P&L, reconcile payables/receivables, and provide weekly debtors analysis for management. Short notice availability is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree (LCCI/ACCA acceptable) required.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Consolidation knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient computer skills and ERP experience.
• Bilingual with good interpersonal skills; short notice is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily duties in the accounts department
• Enter accounts data, maintain bank book, issue statements
• Manage full set of accounts including Balance Sheet and P&L

• Monitor cash flow
• Reconcile payables and receivables GL accounts

• Bi-monthly debtors reconciliation

• Assist in daily duties in the accounts department


• Perform account data entry, maintain bank book, issue statement of account


• Handle company's full set of accounts including Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement


• Preparation of GST reports


• Monitor company's cash flow


• Reconcile of payables and receivables GL accounts


• Monitor of all various type of collection


• Weekly detailed debtors analysis for Management review


• Bi-monthly Tour Receivable Reconciliation to ensure that all disputes/refunds can be made as soon as possible


• Verify of all day-to-day payments made


• Extraction of data from current ERP System


• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirement:

• LCCI/ACCA or Diploma/Degree


• Min LCCI or equivalent with 5 years relevant working experience


• Knowledge in consolidation advantageous


• Must be computer literate and some experience in ERP system


• Billingual and good interpersonal skills


• Remuneration shall commensurate based on experience


• Short notice shall be advantageous
