Job summary

Sioux Singapore seeks a Software Tech Lead to own technical execution and project delivery for semiconductor software projects. You will understand software architecture, guide implementation, support the team technically, and coordinate planning, progress, risks, and client communication.

You will work with Software Architects, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure high-quality, realistic commitments and clear alignment. Strong English skills and 5+ years in software are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of software development experience with leadership of delivery or small teams.
• Strong ability to discuss, challenge, and review software designs and implementation approaches.
• Experience with software architecture, debugging, integration, code review, and technical decision-making in complex systems.
• Excellent English communication; Mandarin is a plus given client mix.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical breakdown of software requirements into tasks, criteria, risks and dependencies.
• Guide design and implementation decisions ensuring alignment with architecture and delivery priorities.
• Support developers, review approaches, identify root causes and remove blockers.
• Own practical project delivery activities: planning, tracking, milestones, risk escalation, coordination.
• Develop realistic delivery plans, track progress, and adjust priorities as scope or risks change.
• Maintain design notes, decision logs, interfaces, action items, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as technical counterpart to international OEM clients and domestic fab customers across Asia.
