Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience integrating physical security systems (Facial Recognition, Video Analytics, VMS, Intrusion, Access Control, CCTV).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with SDLC and current industry trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers in design, development, and maintenance of software applications.
• Act as primary technical contact, guiding direction and ensuring delivery.
• Bridge communication between development team and stakeholders.
• Set technical vision and make architectural decisions.
• Oversee development, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide guidance.
• Ensure code quality through reviews, guidelines, and testing frameworks.
