Job summary

Sioux Singapore is seeking a Software Tech Lead to own technical execution and project delivery for semiconductor software projects. You will guide architecture, support the development team, and manage planning, risk, and client-facing communication with international OEM partners.

You will collaborate with software architects, developers, and clients to ensure high quality, realistic commitments, and timely delivery in a demanding domain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience, including leading technical delivery or guiding a small engineering team.
• Strong software programming background with ability to read, discuss, and challenge designs and implementations.
• Experience with software architecture, debugging, integration, code review, and technical decision-making in complex systems.
• Ability to guide developers, manage risks, explain trade-offs, and ensure delivery commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical breakdown of software requirements into tasks, acceptance criteria, risks, and dependencies.
• Guide design and implementation decisions, ensure architecture alignment and maintainability.
• Support developers, review approaches, identify root causes, and remove blockers.
