Job summary

Sioux Singapore seeks a Software Tech Lead to own technical execution and practical project delivery, guiding architecture and coordinating with client stakeholders across Asia. You will ensure high quality, realistic commitments and lead engineering teams in semiconductor software projects.

This role combines software leadership with delivery ownership, not a pure PM or coding position, offering growth in a demanding domain with international OEMs and fab customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with delivery leadership.
• Ability to read and challenge software designs and implementations.
• Experience with architecture, debugging, integration, and code reviews.
• Ability to guide developers, identify risks, and align work with commitments.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin is advantageous.
• Eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Own technical breakdown of software requirements into tasks, criteria and risks.
• Guide design decisions, ensure architecture alignment and delivery priorities.
• Support developers, review approaches and remove blockers.
• Manage delivery plans, progress, milestones and risk escalation.
• Communicate status clearly and adjust priorities with scope changes.
• Coordinate with software architects, engineers and client stakeholders.
