Job summary

RK RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to drive high-tech semiconductor projects from planning to customer delivery in Singapore. You will lead cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and monitor progress against milestones to ensure on-time results.

The role requires strong project management, analytics, and communication skills, with experience in global configurable products and SAP S/4HANA knowledge. A multi-project leadership ability is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in high-tech, semiconductor manufacturing, materials management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in program management or engineering project leadership for configurable products in a global market.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume semiconductor equipment projects from BOM upload through customer delivery.
• Facilitate cross-functional project teams and proactively assess and mitigate risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor program execution using schedule tracking and reporting, evaluate metrics, and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate project status to internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with committed timelines.
• Resolve critical issues by engaging subject matter experts and driving solutions.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously and interface with executive leadership.
• Review build plans, identify constraints, and recommend improvements.
• Participate in forecasting, production scheduling, and material requirements planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
