Job summary

Sioux Singapore is seeking a Senior Software Tech Lead to own technical execution and project delivery for complex semiconductor software projects. You will understand software architecture, guide implementation decisions, support the development team technically, and coordinate planning, progress tracking, risk follow-up, scope coordination, and client-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with leadership.
• Ability to guide software design and delivery in complex systems.
• Experience with architecture, debugging, and technical decision-making.
• Ability to manage practical project delivery activities and stakeholder communication.
• Eligible to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Translate software requirements into technical tasks, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Guide software design and implementation decisions, ensuring alignment with the architecture and priorities.
• Mentor developers, review approaches, resolve issues, and remove blockers.
• Lead technical planning, progress tracking, milestones, dependency management, and risk escalation.
• Maintain technical documentation and promote code quality and maintainability.
• Coordinate with multi-site teams and ensure documented follow-ups.
